1. Content & Rights

By uploading content you declare that you hold the necessary rights or licenses to distribute it. AlphaSound is not liable for copyright infringements by users and reserves the right to remove content upon report.

2. Sales & Commission

Payments for remix purchases are made directly by the buyer to the DJ's PayPal account. The platform withholds no commission and does not intermediate the transaction; the DJ is the seller and responsible for any tax obligations.

3. Purchases

Purchases of digital files are final. The buyer receives a license for personal use and use in DJ sets. Redistribution or resale is prohibited.

4. Pro Subscription

The Pro subscription is billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time; it remains active until the end of the current period.

5. Account

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate the terms.
